Testing woodstoves and Youtube Problems

I shot a video this morning about the EK750, I had to edit it into 3 parts to get it onto Youtube. For some reason part 1 uploaded and was fine, part 2 uploaded and was decleared a 'Success' however when I went to find it it said 'Failed, file size too small' Strange as part 2 was bigger than part 1. I've been having a few issues with Youtube lately, maybe it's time to look at the alternatives. If anyone has any recommendations I'd appreciate it.

  1. Hi Mac E

    You could try

    http://blip.tv/

    http://www.vimeo.com/

    Both allow embedding into blogger.

Over at the http://www.outdoorbloggers.com/ we have a forum that covers some video
    stuff.

    Hope this helps

  2. Hi George,

thanks for that, I looked at Vimeo but thought it was aimed more at aspiring film makers. I'll have to look at outdoorbloggers, don't think I've seen that one.

  3. another one is http://www.dailymotion.com/

most of these are a little bit more up market that the You Tube but in the end they all do the job of getting our video's out there :-)

The outdoorbloggers site is a forum for outdoor bloggers to help out each other and the normal general chat on there.
